Delivery & Returns

At Ivory & Lace Bridal we accept two payment methods. These are PayPal or debit/credit card (also via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account).  PayPal is the most secure form of payment, the only information we are given from PayPal is your delivery address details.

When ordering from Ivory & Lace Bridal payment is required immediately, we do not hold items or accept part payments, payment plans are not offered for sample wedding dresses.


Our delivery cost is a flat rate of £15 or alternatively you can arrange to make collection of your goods from our shop free of charge.

We aim to dispatch your item within 48 hours receiving your order. We will email you on dispatched of your goods along with your tracking number. We send all our parcels by 48 hour tracked Yodel delivery, Parcel delivery within 2 working days throughout the most of UK's mainland. 

A signature will be required on delivery, please ensure the item can be delivered to your delivery address. We can not be held responsible for items which are delayed due to the courier being unable to deliver. 


Returns & Refunds

Ivory & Lace Bridal understand there are times when you may wish to cancel or return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed by telephone or internet to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased. 

We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order. All returns require approval by Ivory & Lace Bridal prior to returning the item. You should contact Ivory & Lace Bridal before making any return by email on

The item is to be returned at the cost of the customer. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost, we recommend you send this tracked/insured delivery as Ivory & Lace Bridal will not issue a refund for any missing items.. Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in it's original saleable condition,refunds will not be given if goods appear to have any scent, mark,worn, missing items or are damaged. Upon receipt of the return, Ivory & Lace Bridal will return the full purchase price of the products returned within 10 days less the original shipping costs. If any item is returned to Ivory & Lace Bridal for a refund that is received in a damaged or unsalable condition, Ivory & Lace Bridal reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer. All items are fully inspected and photographs are taken prior to dispatch to eliminate any faulty or damaged goods.

In the unlikely event of a fault, this must be reported within 10 days of receipt.If a product is received faulty or damaged, Ivory & Lace Bridal will offer a refund or replacement. All items are checked prior to dispatch along with images to help prevent this.If a refund is requested for a faulty product, Ivory & Lace Bridal will refund the full cost of the original order along with any associated shipping costs.

Ivory & Lace Bridal reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation or if it is outside of our 14 day approval period.

All returns should be addressed to Ivory & Lace Bridal, Milton Barn, Herne Manor Farm, Park Road, Toddington, Beds, LU5 6HH and not to the designer, we cannot issue refunds for any good returned to the designer. All returns must include your returns authorisation number to which we will email after your request for return.

We do not accept returns for In-store purchases, online only.
